In 5 nature morte photographic portraits, I created a seemingly natural environment with the use of scavenged earth, minerals and stones, combined with bold pigments and glass. The result is a gesture towards the fragmented sanctuary of the natural world; one that can be acute and fleeting within the illusion of calm and continuity.
